CytoNova flow cytometry system is a remarkable research achievement supported by the National Key Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development Projects, China. CytoNova system is a fully independent research and development program integrated the talent of Tsinghua University (world top 1%) and CapitalBio Corporation. Now 4 unique models: CytoNova 1030, CytoNova 2040, Cytonova 2050 and Cytonova 2060 have been launched. The 4 different performance CytoNova instruments can hierarchically meet the requirement of hospitals and laboratories.

The detection objects of flow cytometry in clinical and scientific area are basically monoplast and particulate. A flow cytometry can provide quick-determination of physical and biochemical characteristics of a cell. By studying the experimental data, the cell type, subtype and function can be figured out rapidly.

CytoNova system offers 4 model instruments (3 filters to 6 filters). All of the 4 CytoNova models possess powerful detection performance. An exclusive immobilized optical path design dramatically simplifies the maintenance and calibration procedure of the instrument. Through a high-precision injection pump to take samples, the sample volume precisely controlling is realized and no more absolute counting tubes or any other absolute counting related reagents are needed. By using a new generation PMT detector, CytoNova system achieves remarkable signal resolution ratio and sensitivity. Fully automatic sampling system (32 samples), high-speed sample injection (90 tests/h) and determination (50,000 cells/s) provide incomparable user experience for high throughput test. CytoNova is a completely open system integrated many remarkable characters, including automatic quality control, easy maintenance, smart software, user-friendly control and easy-to-carry.

By assessing and analyzing multiple parameters generated by CytoNova system, many clinical symptoms can be detected and monitored, such as body immunity monitoring, auxiliary diagnosis of tumour, leukemia immunediagnosis, ankylosing spondylitis (AS) differential diagnosis, HLA-B27 differential diagnosis, cytokines detection, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) differential diagnosis.
